SSC GD Online Application and Selection Process

First, candidates need to visit the official website of SSC and then follow the given procedure below. Online application will complete in 2 categories:- Registration and then Application

CATEGORY 1 – SSC GD REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:-

After visiting the official website, you need to register yourself. Click on the new user. Link to start registration of your form.
Now a form will appear and it will complete your registration in 3 parts-
- Basic details
- Additional Contact details.
- Declaration form
The basic details you need to enter are-
- Aadhaar Number ( It should be the same as mentioned in your Aadhar card)
- Type of Id and Id number ( In this you enter any other document like pan card, driving license, etc if you don’t want to give your Aadhaar number)
- Enter your Name ( Same as mentioned in Matriculation Certificate)
It also asks for any new name that you later changed. Click on ‘No’ if you haven’t.
Enter your Father’s name and Mother’s name ( Same as mentioned in Matriculation Certificate and should not include any salutations like Smt./ Mr./Mrs.)
Enter Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) Format.
Then you enter your Matriculation details as asked in the form and make sure to fill them correctly.
Select your Gender
Now Select your level of Education Qualification upto which you are qualified
- Enter your Mobile number and verify it.
- Enter your email id and verify it.
- Select your State/ UT of permanent address.

Here you complete your basic details and now your registration id and password will be sent to the candidate.

Additional Contact Details:

It includes further details like Nationality, Identification Mark, Temporary and Permanent address, etc. After this two different OTPs will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number and email id which you have entered. Enter these to complete the process.

Declaration: Now click on the Declaration check box to complete the registration process and category 1 of the form.

Category 2 – Online Application

First, you need to log in to your account by entering the details provided ie. Registration id and password.
Now click on the ‘Apply’ tab and then select the SSC GD constable to apply the online link.
Here you need to enter all the details asked, including educational qualification and scanned photograph, and your signature. Enter the date on which the photograph has been taken Click on the Declaration box now.
Your Online Application form is almost complete pay the application fees and click on the submit button to complete it.
