Atal Bridge Structural Features

Atal Bridge was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 27 August 2022. A pedestrian-only bridge over the Sabarmati, Atal bridge connects the eastern and western ends of the river. This 300-meter-long and 14-meter-wide bridge has become a center of attraction for natives and international tourists. There is also a sitting arrangement available on the bridge with food kiosks.
