Key Objectives of Chiranjeevi Health Scheme 2023

The aim of this scheme is to provide health insurance to families that are below the poverty line (BPL) category. From so many motives there is a very important motive of the Rajasthan health government to protect an Act of Rajasthan that says every resident of Rajasthan has the right to take emergency treatment care without any pre-payment at any health center.

Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Swasthya Bima yojana’s beneficiaries are covered in this yojana. Those who work as small contractors or farmers can get the benefits of this yojana.

Chiranjeevi Yojana Registration Eligibility Criteria

Those who are going to apply for this yojana must have Jan Aadhar Card holders
They must be below the poverty line (BPL).
Families must be in Covid-19 Ex-gratia list.
Applicants must be national food security card holders.
You have to be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.

Those who are not eligible for this scheme, they can pay 850 rupees and take the premium and they can also get the benefits of this scheme.

Go to the official website of Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana.
Click on the option Sign up, which is located in Registration section.
For those who are not already registered, click on the registration option and give all the required information, when you give all the required options, the registration process will end.
You can access your account using your ID, password, and captcha.
Upload the required documents.
Press submit.

After registration, go to the official site of sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
Login here with your ID and password.
Go to the dashboard, select the application form, fill it out, and submit.

Check Online Status for Chiranjeevi Health Yojana Scheme

When you apply for this scheme you will receive a status check link on your mobile number. Whenever you want to check your status, you can check from here. If your application is rejected, you will be notified on your registered mobile number.

Download Card Online:

After registering, you get a status check link, use that link to go to the official portal. Use your district name, village name and you get your card number. Use that number to download the card.

Renew the Chiranjeevi Card:

Go to the official website. Click on the renewal link. Enter your Jan Aadhar card number or Chiranjeevi card number and pay the renewal fee. After that, the process of renewal is completed.
