MOMA Scholarship 2023: Apply Online, Eligibility, Status Check, Last Date @scholarships.gov.in-: This is for students who belong to minority community Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Zoroastrian (Parsi). Winners of this National Minority Scholarship will receive the amount of INR 20,000 per annum. Pre-matric Scholarship Scheme

Initiated to support students in studies who are at the pre-matric level. The scholarship helps up to INR 600 monthly. This is for the students who are in classes 1 to 10.

Eligibility for pre-matric scholarship scheme-

  • Students have to be in standard 1st to 10th.
  • Students who want this scholarship have to secure at least 50% marks in their last qualifying exams.
  • Students’ and students’ family income is just less than 1 lakh per annum.

Documents required for pre-matric scholarship scheme-

  • Passport-size photo of the applicant.
  • Income certificate of parents.
  • Community certificate.
  • Self-attested certificate of the previous exam.

Post-matric scholarship scheme

This scheme is basically implemented for the student who passed class 10th by the government.

Eligibility for post-matric scholarship scheme-

  • For those students who are in class 11th to Ph.D. level.
  • Those students who have chosen their courses in ITI/Technical/Vocational/Polytechnic courses after 11th.
  • Students must have scored 50% in their last examination.
  • Annual Income is must not more than INR 200000.

  • Passport-size photo of the applicant.
  • Income certificate.
  • Community certificate.
  • Self-attested of previous education.
  • Fee receipt of the current course.
  • Bank Account proof.
  • Aadhar card or Aadhar card enrolment number.

Merit-cum-means Scholarship Scheme

This is basically for the students who are taking a technical degree or those who are in Graduation or Post-Graduation level.

Eligibility for Merit-cum-means scholarship scheme-

  • Students must have been in Technical or professional courses.
  • They must have scored 50% in their last examination.
  • The annual income must not be more than INR 2.5 Lakhs.

Documents required for Merit-cum-means Scholarship-

  • Passport-size photo of the applicant.
  • Income certificate.
  • Community certificate.
  • Self-attested of previous education.
  • Fee receipt of the current course.
  • Bank Account proof.
  • Aadhar card or Aadhar card enrolment number.

Procedure to Apply for all the MOMA Scholarship Schemes

To apply for MOMA Scholarship, you have to go to the national scholarship portal. If you are a new user, you have to register on the NSG portal. They ask you for educational qualifications, Aadhar numbers, school/college enrolment numbers, and bank details while filling out the application form. The applicant’s application ID is generated on the basis of their state. That application ID is also used as a login id. After all the details they asked for the category of scholarship you are applying for. They ask for your details like Name, Date of Birth, Email. After entering the OTP which is sent to the registered mobile number, the application process is completed.
